Within this culinary haven, there are some must-try menus, visually appealing interiors worthy of Instagram, and a few key spots for modern dishes. Penelope's

It's been a few months since Penelope's restaurant earned a prominent spot on the culinary scene of the big city. While Penelope's is part of the newly launched and fashionable Amano hotel it is poised to become a sought-after destination in its own right. With its independent entrance, Penelope's welcomes guests into a thoughtfully designed interior that manages to balance refinement and fancy, complete with a well-stocked bar. The menu showcases a special blend of Spanish and Israeli cuisine, inspired by Schiff's upbringing in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Madrid, Spain. The result is an outstanding fusion of flavors that will leave diners thoroughly delighted.

Leading the culinary team is Fezile Ozalgan, a talented 29-year-old executive chef of Turkish origin. With previous knowledge at renowned establishments such as Jose Pizarro, Hovarda, and Barboun in Shoreditch, Ozalgan brings her expertise to this cooking style, which she attributes to her Turkish heritage and the delectable meals her mother designed. The result is a delightful mix of wholesome and exotic dishes, expertly executed.

The atmosphere at Penelope's is set with muted lighting, creating an inviting ambiance enhanced by the rich, dark color scheme. The seating features leather chairs, completed by blue velvet banquettes that add a touch of elegance. The ceiling boasts fascinating tassel decorations, while an incredible and whimsical component takes the form of an oversized metal bath filled with large, transparent balls, resembling a bubble bath.

The restaurant layout features an open kitchen with chairs and a bar, letting visitors to perch and enjoy a drink while observing the culinary creations. The service is focused and lively, with the staff dressed in sleek black attire, while the bartender dons a white jacket with black lapels, adding a touch of Gatsby-esque flair. The dining concept rotates around ordering dishes from both the starter and main menus, with the intention of sharing among the diners. The food arrives shortly after it is ready, creating an exciting and dynamic dining experience.

Gaucho

Gaucho embodies the vibrant spirit, people, lifestyle, culture, and culinary excellence of modern Argentina. So, if you’re a Latino food lover, you have to try this one. Drawing inspiration from the gaucho, the Argentine cowboy tending to cattle in the lush meadows of 'Las Pampas', the bountiful vineyards nestled in the foothills of the dramatic and mineral-rich Andes mountain range, the iconic asado BBQ, and the captivating modern tango shows of Buenos Aires, Gaucho provides a fitting backdrop to savor the world's most tender steaks and Latin American cuisine. Accompanying these delectable dishes is the United Kingdom's most extensive selection of indigenous Malbec wines, inviting guests to embark on a journey that transcends borders and explores the rich flavors of Argentina and beyond.
