     1. Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden

This is the historic center of the Swedish capital and it puffs with structures that were made in the 12th century - such a long time ago! You will find the most impressive square in the old city, full of super-colored medieval cottages, places where the nobles once lived. Don't miss the Nobel Museum and the Swedish Academy, which are also in this square, in Stockholm.

     2. Willemstad, Curaçao

Part of the kingdom of the Netherlands, discover all about the capital of the Caribbean island - a significant retail and traveler harbor. Walk around the old center, residence to the oldest synagogue in the Americas, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. Marvel at the pastel-colored buildings watching the water in a symbiotic Dutch and Caribbean mixture. This is a well-traveled place, attracting tourists from all over the globe.

   3. Balat, Istanbul, Turkey

If you visit Istambul, you have to see the old Jewish quarter of Balat. You will find the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone National Park: you won't miss it, because it's the biggest hot spring in the United States. Why visit? You will be astonished by the deep colorings surrounding the water, all due to the mixture of microbiome and minerals. They will be red and orange during summer and a beautiful dark green during winter.

  5. Rainbow Row, Charleston, South Carolina

Uncover some beautiful Georgian-style buildings on East Bay Street in Charleston, South Carolina - there's no surprise why people call it the Rainbow Row. Here, the buildings have been different in the past. But this changed in 1931 when Dorothy and Lionel Legge painted them in pastel styles. These hues have also a symbol, and they are a live manifestation of the owners’ creativity and freedom, moving forward from the traditional, boring, white houses.

In Spanish, it's called “the Mountain of Seven Colors” and you might have heard of it as the Rainbow Mountain. It's part of the Andean mountains chain and it's just Southeast of Cuzco, the famous city. What's interesting about this place is that over the span of millions of years, the minerals that wrap the mountain have stratified and created unique colors like purple, pink, blue, and yellow.

  8. Colmar, France

Colmar is also described as “The little Venice of France” and for a good reason. It's one of the medieval hidden treasures of Alsace, right at the German border. Time to discover the kaleidoscopic half-timbered cottages that you could easily mistake as coming from a fairy tale.

 9. Little India, Singapore

Dating from the early 1800s, Singapore's Indian district started forming when immigration initiated from the subcontinent to the city-state on the Malaysian peninsula.
